Not gonna lie, my wife and I weren't impressed by the look of the food but the taste of the food were a whole different story. We love the quesadilla and enchiladas from this restaurant! This place is a 10 out of 10!

Great little gem hidden away in old downtown Chico. (The staff was very COViD conscious. It was appreciated.) Restaurant was neat and clean while the staff were welcoming and attentive. Menu has a good selection of Tex-Mex and a few more traditional Mexican dishes. We had the Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas and Julio's Parillada. Both were Excellent! The Parillada was a lot of food for one person...it's like an extended Fajita plate with chicken, beef, sausage, and shrimp. Food was hot and very, very tasty. Chips were thicker and held up to the salsa and guacamole...it was all fantastic. Its definitely at the top of our list because you just can't have too much Mexican food!

excellent food , excellent service. super friendly. the hostess was warm and helpful. I will return as often as I am able to. I was very impressed with food flavor. authentic Mexican food.

I’m a Mexican food snob & this place is a hidden gem and checked off a few things off my list. The salsa had amazing flavor & the sweet tea was perfect. The fajitas came out sizzling (ahhh music to my ears) the flavor of the rice was great! Service on point. The place is a little quiet maybe play some low tunes in the back ground. Other than that, I will definitely be back!

We had the best waitress, she was kind & our service was amazing!! We found out she was the owner after we left! Our food was delicious! I had the chicken flautas and everything I had heard about how amazing they were was TRUE!! That's why reviews are so important! Check this place out!

Fajitas were sizzling when they got to our table. Tender & flavorful as always. The green salsa is wonderful!! We really enjoyed our dinner last night & my husband is picky if I'm not cooking it
